Position overview As a Launch E2E Advanced Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end software development using modern AI-assisted coding tools. Working onsite, you will build robust applications across the stack using Flutter and Node.js. Doing this well means not just writing code, but acting as a proactive systems thinker who deeply understands how to maintain context for AI models during the development lifecycle. You will be evaluated on your thought process, problem-solving approach, and the actual artifacts you produce. Responsibilities - Build and deploy end-to-end software solutions using Flutter and Node.js. - Leverage AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to accelerate development and improve code quality. - Maintain and optimize context for AI models to ensure superior output and system performance. - Apply systems thinking to design scalable, maintainable architecture across the stack. - Contribute to DevOps processes to streamline deployment and infrastructure management. - Document your thought process and problem-solving approaches clearly via Claude or Agents MD files. Required qualifications - Mid-level experience building and shipping full-stack software applications. - Demonstrated proficiency in Flutter and Node.js. - Strong hands-on experience utilizing AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor). - Proven ability to maintain and manage context effectively when working with large language models. - Foundational knowledge of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines. - Proactive problem-solver with a strong systems-thinking approach. Preferred qualifications - Experience working with the NestJS framework. About the team You will be joining a focused, agile team of 2 members, reporting directly to Test2 User. Compensation and benefits The salary range for this position is USD 5000-8000 / monthly.
