Sosuite LLC is seeking a Mid-level Launch Product Engineer to join our onsite team in Casper, USA. You will play a critical role in guiding and overseeing AI agents as they build out our frontend and backend systems. Position overview As a Launch Product Engineer, you will act as the crucial human-in-the-loop for our AI-driven development process. Your primary focus will be to oversee, guide, and QA the output of AI agents generating code for our applications. Doing this well means deeply understanding our product scope, structuring file systems effectively, and bridging the memory gaps that current AI agents experience. You will ensure that both our Flutter-based frontend and Node.js backend are built to high standards. Responsibilities - Oversee and guide AI agents responsible for building our frontend and backend systems. - Perform extensive Quality Assurance (QA) on agent-generated code to ensure functionality and reliability. - Structure file systems and maintain architectural integrity across the codebase. - Act as the 'memory' for AI agents by understanding project scope, feature requirements, and system context. - Review and refine code written in Flutter, Dart, NestJS, and Node.js. - Quickly learn and adapt to new features, ensuring the agents stay aligned with product goals. Required qualifications - Mid-level experience in full-stack software engineering. - Proficiency in frontend development using Flutter and Dart. - Strong backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS. - Excellent written communication skills to effectively prompt and guide AI agents. - Strong ability to understand complex project scopes and system architectures. Preferred qualifications - Strong product sense and systems thinking skills. - Prior experience working with AI systems or Large Language Models (LLMs). - Familiarity with prompt engineering and mitigating prompt injection vulnerabilities.
